1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

• Contact messages: the contact form opens your own email app; we only receive the email you send us (name, email address, company, message). We use it to reply to you (legal basis: steps before a contract / legitimate interest) and keep it for up to 2 years.
• Site statistics: only if you click "Accept all", we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. Google receives your (shortened) IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Cookies

• Essential: remember your language and your cookie choice. These can't be switched off.
• Statistics (Google Analytics, _ga cookies): only after your consent; kept for up to 13 months.

You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

4. Sharing and transfers

We only share data with providers that help us run the site (Aruba hosting in Italy; Google for statistics). Google may process data outside the EU under the safeguards the EU requires (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses). We never sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to how we use it, by emailing info@zglobalcorp.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local authority.
